USCAR Participates in Broad-based Mid-level Ethanol Evaluation Program Extensive government/industry collaboration is underway to add data to determine an appropriate ethanol blend point for base fuel, as illustrated by these published charts.  USCAR and its three member companies – Chrysler Group LLC, Ford Motor Company and General Motors Company – are engaged in this effort.
